How do I download my purchase?

After checkout, use the download links in your confirmation email. If this demo is wired to Stripe only, configure file delivery in your Stripe flow or backend so customers receive real links.

Are your sounds royalty-free?

Yes — packs on SoundZone are sold for use in your own music and media, subject to the license included with each product. Read the license PDF in your download folder before you release.

What payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is powered by Stripe. Most major cards and local methods supported by Stripe in your region will appear at payment time.

Can I get a refund?

Digital goods are usually non-refundable once delivered. If files are defective or you were charged twice, email us with your order details and we’ll sort it out.

Which DAW or plugins do I need?

Each product page lists format (WAV, Serum presets, etc.). WAV samples work in any DAW; preset packs need the matching synth or plugin version noted on the pack.
